The bird has been waiting since December for a better situation—and has found one. Wearing a crown of periwinkle-grey fur felt, the Flibbertygibbet is wrapped in a hand-dyed sarong band and finished with blue ostrich feathers, vintage veiling, a Swarovski crystal hatpin, and a single vintage blue bird.
